Shipping

Ships within 24h from our U.S. warehouse. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day leave the same day; later orders leave the next business day.

Free U.S. shipping on every order. Delivery takes 2–5 business days to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories take 5–10 business days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If the link hasn't updated in 3 business days, email support@getdigrig.com and we'll chase it for you.

Holiday delivery

For delivery before December 25, order by December 18. Later orders still ship within 24h, but we can't promise the carrier's timing during peak week.

100-Day Guarantee

Every DigRig machine is covered for 100 days from delivery. If it stops working in that time, email us your order number and a short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund the machine, your choice. No return shipping, no restocking fee.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us for a return label. Return shipping is free for defective items; change-of-mind returns carry a $9.95 label fee deducted from the refund.

Refund timing

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. Banks may take a further 3–5 business days to post it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the carrier marks it delivered and it isn't there, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace the order at no cost.
